items do not line up properly
I would use the Project Reader in place of Excel to make schedules for film productions. It's easy to input the length of time it takes to complete each task and apply it to a calendar. It is a time saver because you can cahge the start date date of the entire project and it automaticaly resets the calendar. The zoom feature is very nice. It's easy to learn how it works.
Problems. Depending on what magnification you are using the tasks on the box on the left do not line up withte lines in the box on teh right. It gets progressively worse as you scroll down to the bottom. So I need to scroll all the way back tothe top and see if teh line is slippin gdown to the next item .
Also It is difficult to see the entire schedule on screen at the same time unless you really reduce it to a size that is uselsess.
